A friend of mine wants to make a streaming service. Completely autonomous, not through YouTube, not through anything else. Just 1 page. A person comes in, starts his video broadcast, other people go to the page and watch. Ches to admit, I never even thought about how to do this, so I will answer once, firstly, is it possible in php? Ideally, on Laravel (I develop almost all services on this framework) and what can I read? Well, as an addition - is it long / difficult to do? Or everything is simpler than I think, but I think that there are 2-3 months of work =)
