How to develop in your first job?

For half a year I taught HTML / CSS / Bootstrap / JS / jQuery on my own, planning to follow the path layout designer-> frontend. And then, quite by accident, I got a job in an IT office that makes ... flash and some HTML5 games. For 3 weeks of work, I managed to completely sort out the corporate website, make it adaptive, plus there is one web project that I am finishing along with a PHP programmer.
The staff is good, the atmosphere is great. But somehow I don’t feel that I’m in the right place, I don’t understand the development prospects or something. Taking up the search for the first job, I imagined myself in some kind of web studio, where every day I make a new website, master new frameworks and libraries like React, Anrular, expand my front-end horizons. And then there is a flash around ... And it is not clear what to learn and how to proceed.

Web studios are engaged in commerce, and basically it turns out to be a routine routine work. As an option on freelance, select interesting projects.

You can focus on html5, especially since there is room to grow, and some of the knowledge will be applied. Or, as mentioned above, freelancing.
