How to develop further as a programmer?

I was accidentally brought into the development of software for microcontrollers (stm32) a couple of years ago. All programming takes place in bare C.
So, I want to move somewhere further, because now, in fact, I don’t learn anything new, I have enough basic skills to successfully write firmware. I tried to learn php, C#, but projects in these languages were abandoned over time, as they began to take energy, which affected productivity at work and the quality of the projects themselves.
So actually the question is how to develop further in programming (not specifically MK), because I want to change the scope of work, but I can’t make a choice? Take any language courses or enter an IT specialty at a university?

Nowhere. If you don’t have enough strength and motivation to learn even one more language and you give up everything halfway, then you can just as well continue to do nothing
