Tell me, please: what is needed to create, launch and maintain an online store? There is not much money, I think:
1) you need to hire a freelance specialist, and he creates a store.
2) Then it needs to be supported somehow.
I'm trying to put these 2 questions together, but I don't know how.
I am an aspiring
entrepreneur, not a programmer.

Find a company working with Bitrix, order the creation of a store from them, it will cost from 100 to 150 thousand approximately, taking into account the standard template and simple integration with 1C.
You don’t need freelancers, because in order to manage the development of a store, you need to be good at it yourself, but you don’t have such knowledge. The probability of running into a bad performer tends to one in your case (you probably want to save money ...).
