React Native (or you can consider Flutter) - it will be cheaper than development for the platform, but most likely not twice, and there are fewer cross-specialists in the labor market.
In addition to the cost, of course, there are other pros and cons, but they all depend on which specialists you come across. Objectively, native code is more optimal than cross-platform code, it works faster, the application turns out to be more compact, it is possible to use the features of each platform more flexibly.
