How to determine which disk in the system belongs to certain iSCSI targets?

There is a server on win 2008r2 in it n disks. These disks are targets from NAS devices. How to find out which disk belongs to which target Without reboots and disconnections. Thank you all in advance.

Go to the iscsi control and see the mapping. Also, each disc has a WWN. On it and look.
