How to connect personal nas to work pc?

Hello! I recently purchased nas and really want to connect it as a network drive to a working computer (windows 10).
I paid for an external ip from the provider, did port forwarding on the router. Everything seems to be OK, I go to the admin panel from any computers, except for the work one.

The working computer goes online through a corporate proxy. The employer blocks many resources, almost all cloud storages (Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, etc.).

The big surprise for me was that I was able to connect Yandex.disk using the webdav protocol. Everything works and is very stable. I immediately set up a webdav server on nas, forwarded ports on the router and checked - everything works, but again, not on a working PC. Please help me understand what I'm dealing with and how to solve the problem.

The big surprise will be a call to the security service when this is noticed. Since the employer blocks resources, it means that he can check whether anyone is trying to bypass this blocking?
I usually tell new employees like this - "if you are not being watched, it does not mean that you are not seen" and I advise you to look at my profile picture in corporate mail (spoiler - it says "Big Brother sees you")
