How to determine what type the demultiplexer belongs to? And how to distinguish them according to the scheme?
I think it's analog but I can't explain why

Oh, it's you again with your demultiplexers)
In fact, according to this particular scheme, it is impossible to say unequivocally what kind of demultiplexer it is.
But, most likely, it is digital, because. to the input "E" you give either a zero or a one - i.e. discrete (digital) signal.
If you had an analog signal at the input, then it would be possible to judge that the demultiplexer is analog.
It is enough to read this https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demultiplexer
It seems that there is no special division into types there. The demultiplexer is just a demultiplexer, only the number of inputs and outputs is different.
Well , pfg21 , probably confused with a decoder, it happens. But what is not analog - that's for sure. :)
Decoders - here they are bcd, decimal-binary, bc-hexadecimal, etc.
