Comrades advise osd boards, the simplest. I need to mix 9 measurements from the device and gps coordinates. Of those that I see, they already communicate there using some kind of arduinipilot protocol.
UPD: there is stm32f4discovery, it collects data from imu sensors, does something with them and transmits the result via uart, that's what it transmits via uart (ascii) I would like to display on the screen (+ plus video from the camera.)

Found, the device is called max7456. The price is high but it does what it needs to. www.sparkfun.com/products/916
