What is the best way to implement this. The first thing that came to mind was to buy the cheapest Chinese smart and write an application for it. But, as it seems to me, he will have problems with accuracy. The second is to buy some kind of GPS tracker (for example, this one ). Only I don't know if it's possible to set these contant strings for it. Perhaps there are other options? Thanks
