Geolocation issues in chrome https://www.googleapis.com/': Returned error code 403?

Actually the question is almost a double of last year . Yesterday geolocation worked fine, but today returned error code 403? but what to do with it and where to dig I did not understand.
Also the other day everything worked, and now on the site
Network location provider at ' https://googleapis.com ' : Returned error code 403

I checked in stable Version 57.0.2987.133 and Version 59.0.3061.0 (Official build), canary (64 bit) in both there is a problem, in FF everything works fine.
