A designer can work fast or slow. Where can you find out what is the optimal productivity? How many hours should be dedicated to a particular page? You can't understand from the test ones, companies always give 3 days, no matter what the task is :)

And can the company make a complaint about your productivity?

Well, or study statistical samples that take into account gender, time of day, the amount of food eaten, milliseconds from 1970, etc.
