How to determine if bandwith is sufficient for a site?

I want to host a website in Hong Kong to reduce latency for Chinese users. The hosting provider's website lists the following characteristics:
Traffic: Unlimited
Hong Kong Local Bandwidth(Minimum/Burstable): 30Mb/100Mb
Mainland China Bandwidth(Minimum/Burstable): 3Mb/5Mb
I'm interested in Bandwidth for Mainland China. Actually, I have a question - is it a lot or a little? And in general, how to calculate the optimal Bandwidth for a site? How does this relate to site traffic, etc.?

@Gasoid

1) you need to understand how much your server can serve requests and connections
, just run the ab / yandex tank utilities or use services that will do this
2) if everything rests on hardware / software, then everything is fine
3) if it rests on the network, then count how many the page weighs you on average and multiply by the number of requests, we get the figure you need
30Mb / 100Mb
is not enough,
