How to detect that a chromewebdata error window has appeared?

I am writing an extension for the site (automation of some processes), but sometimes during the server update - an error window with the address falls out crome-error://chromewebdata/and the extension sticks ... I

assume that due to the fact that the content scripts have permission to embed only on specific host.

How can I catch this window and return to the site automatically? I suppose this can somehow be checked through the worker ... I would be grateful for any hints)
