How to suppress the retractable backbar from browser full screen mode?

You need to expand the page in the browser to full screen and prevent the user from minimizing it with the mouse. But in any browser in full screen mode, there is a hidden panel on top with a button to exit this mode? How can I suppress this panel? The browser, in principle, is not important - the main thing is to suppress.

You need to launch the browser with the appropriate parameter. Pages and Flash Player do not have such permissions.

Without installing additional software / plugins, what you want to do is "illegal", if you find any solution, it will be different for each browser and soon it will stop working.
Most likely, you will need at least the installation of a plug-in, as a maximum - your own browser application.

This is in particular protection against phishing pages. When sending important data, it's useful to see the url. Looks like you need it :)
