How to delete files with "bad" names?
Hello, I occasionally encounter "undeletable" files that were downloaded from torrents: I suspect that the trouble is in crooked characters in the path. It ’s even impossible to open them, the system swears and writes:
If you open it through the total, the commander gets out:
When you try to rename it, it comes out:
How to be and what to do? This fact saddens me.

In general, things are like this, I ran the checkdisk, he simply took these files and deleted them, leaving empty directories.
Here is the end of the story.
Perhaps your problem is that the length of the filename is exceeded, which cannot be more than 255 characters.
Solution:
1. Open a command prompt (WIN+R -> cmd).
2. Go to the folder where the "crooked" file is located.
3. Use the DIR /X command to display short filenames.
4. Delete the file(s) using short names.
PS: if the file originally had a name like "verylongfilename.fil", the short name for this file would be something like "verylo~1.fil". Use this name to delete.

Install Linux :)
don’t pick up such rubbish there, and if you want to delete something, then delete it.
No, you can, of course, take a steam bath and delete the file, but you have to look at the root, so Linux!
This is destiny!
