There is an active application “cmd.exe” in the computer processes, although the command line itself is not running, is it a virus?

A couple of minutes ago I noticed that the Internet is very bad. I thought it was a miner (because before that the Internet worked well). I went to the task manager, started checking the processes. I saw running cmd.exe there. Checked the taskbar - nothing. Please tell me if this is a miner, or I'm paranoid. When I run the command line myself, 2 things appear in the cmd.exe processes.

Most likely, just the autorun worked, and there are a lot of free, anti-virus scanners, the same kaspersky, etc.
