How to delete a file from disk using Apple Photos?

Hello, on macos, photo management is extremely inconvenient, how can I delete photos on the disk directly through Apple Photos?
1) I create a new library
2) I import three photos from the folder
3) I delete one photo and empty the trash in Photos
....
4) The file is still on disk,
