The new MacBook Pro 15” 2017 slows down, is this normal?

Greetings!
A week ago I bought a MacBook Pro 15” 2017, 16GB, 256SSD. Cost the latest macOS. Ever since the first launch, I noticed small friezes. When I work in PhpStorm on medium-sized projects on Laravel, it doesn’t matter if one project is running or 3-4, it can start to slow down terribly. In addition to the storm, there is brew, node, redis, mysql and other small development gadgets. There is also Photoshop, in which significant friezes occur when moving objects. Sometimes light friezes appear even without a storm (all software is completely disabled at this moment), just during normal operation - the Internet, music, etc.
The question is, is this normal behavior for a poppy or does it make sense to take it to the service?
Thanks in advance!

MBP 15'' 2017 minimum configuration: reboot once a week, simultaneous work with Android Studio, Genymotion (Android emulator), MAMP, phpStorm, 12-20 Safari tabs, Trello, sometimes Windows 10 on Parallels - no friezes.
Reinstall the system clean, maybe there was a crooked update. If it doesn't help, take it to the service.

After a week of using the last macOS, EllCapitan could not stand it and rolled back ... what am I ... The problem is not in the laptop, but in the system. Frankly, the latest MacOS is very slow.
