Hello. Is it possible to launch an application using custom url protocol from Google Chrome plugin?
Let's say I have a link

<a href="history-search:open">Открыть приложение</a>

Such a link works fine from a web page, but if I do the same in a plugin, a pop-up message opens

when I click "Launch Application" - nothing happens. Although in the case of a web page, everything is fine. Perhaps someone faced the same problem. I will be very grateful for your help
