Reinstalling MacOS?
Welcome all!
What we have:
1. Computer MacAir 13"
2. Lack of an optical drive in the immediate environment
3. An urgent need to reinstall the OS from scratch, having previously formatted the disk in a laptop
4. There is a 32 GB flash drive and Internet access at a decent speed
I most likely deleted the RecoveryHD partition I don't remember myself, but when booting with the Alt (Options) key, it offers to boot only from the main disk. The
axis is only interested in legal, not from torrents. Thanks
to everyone who responds and offers a solution.

Many thanks to DevMan for help and advice, I learned a lot of new things. Also, the person was not too lazy and, through the LAN, helped to solve the issue, why from me personally + to karma :) The iStyx
advice helped a lot, thanks to him I found the System Restore article where everything is described step by step, so I successfully solved the problem.
To everyone else - thank you very much for your participation and desire to help, Habrasobshchestvo is a force :) I solved the problem, thanks again to everyone.
When rebooting, some key combination is pressed (google it), the computer will offer to connect to the network, after that it will tighten the axis loader and install it. I saw this when they changed my hard drive to the SSD in MBP13 2011
If you have OS X Lion or OS X Mountain Lion, then through the same AppStore you can legally download the dmg image, and then deploy it to your 32 GB flash drive using Disk Utility, from which you can then boot and install the operating system. I did both myself, but for a long time - I won’t give exact instructions: google it.
