How to work with programs under Mac OS in windows?

Question from a noob.
The task is to work with programs created for mac. Sketch, for example.
What's the solution? I work locally on PC, Windows 8.
Are there virtual servers on Mac? I google and can't find the right results.
Or does it exist as a separate program to be installed on your computer over Windows?

Hello, hackintosh will help you. But this is if you have the right hardware.

You can use virtual machines, but there is trouble with graphics.
Another option is to buy a used poppy inexpensively.

2) download a ready-made configured virtual machine on torrents and run it at home.
3) renting an online virtual machine or a Mac iron machine with remote access to it (services are easily googled)
is the most practical only the first two.
