How to defeat windows components for linux?

Hello. Already scratched my head, maybe someone here can help. The situation is as follows: Dallas Lock 8.0 edition "K" must be installed on the PC. This is an information security tool. And there should be a WSL environment nearby. Before installing DL 8.0 there was a complete order with this component. After installation, jokes went a la "access denied" or "error code 0x8007005"
Google did not give a decent answer. As far as I understand, the lxss manager service is responsible for this component, but I cannot even change the startup type for it (permission denied). The risk is not great, but can anyone come across something similar? Thanks in advance for your attention!
