How to restore the certificate store?

After cleaning the malware, all SSL sites
in the certificate store stopped opening. No access to root and intermediate certificates.
The browser does not see them , respectively.
How can I restore access to them?
Windows 7 pro x64
using procmon found
Error accessing the branch HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft
Added read permissions, this solved the problem
