How to debug a website on a phone/tablet?

On the IE10 phone I check - the click does not work. I take IE9 on a PC and check - everything works fine, the console is clean. Mobile version simulators also work fine in Chrome and FF. Touch events of any type ontouch also tried - they do not work.
Question: how to look exactly at the F12 console on mobile devices with a touch screen in order to see what exactly is happening, what is the error, what is not to like?

There is no remote debugging on mobile ie. A universal solution for any platform - https://sentry.io/welcome/ tracks errors, displays them in a convenient interface. One user and 10 thousand errors per month for free.
