How to deal with SEO URL?

Good afternoon. there is a site elsis.by. If I turn on seo url then the links are replaced and everything works with the central large menu, but if you use the side menu (on the left), then the links work only for categories, and for subcategories links /category_number are set. And it turns out that navigation from the side menu is not possible. Maybe someone faced a problem? opencart version 1.5.6.4, standard module for CNC. (Currently disabled).

With the CNC enabled, both link options should work.
