How to deal with packet loss at an intermediate host?

Nothing foreshadowed trouble, but suddenly, in the middle of the working day, packets began to disappear on the way to the server.
Packets are lost on the intermediate node sr1.m9.mixtelecom.ru [195.208.209.57]
I checked from home - there are no losses, although the route goes through the same node.
How so?

If this is your direct provider - write / call TP. If it's upstream, you're unlikely to do anything on your own, except to organize access along a different route. Usually it resolves itself after the culprits get a hat.
