How to connect 2 FTP?

I have 2 networks: The first one is wireless (Fig. 10.0.0.0), the second is via cable (Fig. 10.0.0.1). 10.0.0.1 has FTP and it works. Can I connect another FTP for wireless? I'm getting internet via Wi-Fi from a computer that has FTP. And for normal operation, I drive a proxy from that computer into the properties of the browser. Since there the Internet and the network works through a proxy.

The question is described very vaguely, I'll try to guess.
FTP servers have the ability to bind to a specific network adapter.
"Hang" the ftp server on the WIFI network adapter.
