How to deal with extra partitions and volumes on a hard drive?

We look at the sections on a horizontal line from left to right:
The first 4 - skip
Sections for 143GB and 511MB can not be combined with the main one (win). I can only: "Create volume" and view "Properties" and "Help".
The 20GB (Fat) partition is not available to me at all.
Is it possible to destroy these three partitions using win-native methods? How? Thank you.
