How to deal with bold mask queries if all child queries are collected?

Good day.
There is a collected core of requests.
It has fatty. For example, "base of enterprises" and 500 selected child queries collected by Keycollector from wherever possible ("database of enterprises download", "base of enterprises Ufa" and so on). Big pack of minus words. I want to make an announcement for each key.
Questions:
1. How to deal with bold and expensive request?
There is an opinion NOT to add it to the campaign, since all the child ones are collected to the maximum. But I doubt it, because it also has traffic.
2. If you add, then what is the correct way - in a separate campaign?
3. If I add an ad with it to a campaign with child queries - what problems can arise?

1. You need to make a cross-minus inside your advertising account, then you will save maximum money on clicks on bold queries. In a situation where any qualifying word mentioned in another query is added to a bold query, an expensive click will be excluded by a negative ad keyword, an ad with a qualifying word and a cheap click will be shown.

2. You can divide phrases into campaigns according to frequency (HF-MF-LF), this will help simplify the management of ad groups and save time.
3. There will be no problems when using cross-minus, each ad will be shown correctly. However, to simplify the analysis of the effectiveness of the AC, you should divide the phrases into campaigns by frequency.
