How to customize the sidebar?

When drawing the design layout, the question arose: how to adapt the sidebar. There is important info there, you can’t throw it away .. Is there a canon in adaptive design or is it better to just push information into the body?

IMHO, on mobile phones just shift down.
More precisely:
On the tablets, remove the entire right block down.
Gallery and Interesting in one column. specialists in another.
And for mobile phones, in one column.
PS: It's even better.
You can reduce the number of news to 3 for example in the mobile version.

If the sidebar is a menu with buttons, make a standard hamburger.
In general, it would be nice to have at least a screenshot for such a question :)
