How to cure high CPU boost of any process on Macbook Pro?
Good afternoon. I've been suffering with the heating of the MacBook for a long time, but lately I've been sitting at the bomb.
I noticed that the high CPU temperature is associated with an increase in% CPU of individual processes. I watch all this in iStat Menus.
Chrome and toster.ru without additional tabs:
chrome %cpu 10-61% - 52-58c
Watching a video on YouTube :
720p
chrome %cpu 50-65% - 60-70c
1080p
chrome %cpu 70-110% - 62-72c
1080p Full Screen
chrome %cpu 70-95% - 74-80c
firefox %cpu 80-120% - 74-85c
powerline.io high/low
chrome/firefox %cpu 100-212% - 94-99c
safari %cpu 90-118% 84-95c
virtualbox
%cpu 100-190 - 80-99c from startup to opening some applications.
At 90c it starts to slow down. With minor actions in the applications, the cpu of the process increases and thus the temperature. Memory is not especially guzzled.

Mac Fan Control tried, overclocks coolers to the maximum from each jump every few minutes. the only thing missing is to attach the harmonica to the cooler. i.imgur.com/fEA8d6V.png
I rolled
back to El Capitan, it didn't work out below. laptop cleaned.
What to do? Tell me please.
Is everyone the same?
Is it the same on a new mac?
I think it’s stupid to go to the service with a complaint about heating, you need to at least specify somewhere specifically.
This is my second macbook, before that there was a macbook pro 13 2013 and there were no such problems.
Well, or tell me a replacement, who moved from a poppy to something better ..
