How to crop an image with antialiasing around the edges?

I took the image 150x150 px. I cut out the piece I needed, and increased it to 500px, but I can’t process the edges correctly, they turned out without antialiasing, but I would like them to be nicely smoothed.
Please help, my knowledge of Photoshop does not allow me to process images so finely. (Tried Effects and Smoothed Edges, did not help)

Select an object with the magic wand. Then Select - Refine Edges - smooth the edges a little and compress, experiment with the settings if you want to blend the edges a little. Then press ok, Select - invert and Delete unnecessary . To return the black border, right-click on the layer with the object - overlay options - stroke 1 pixel .
