Transparent gif without stroke?
Faced the problem of GIF transparency. If you save in Photoshop "for Web and devices", removing the background, then the stroke remains. It is necessary either to remove the background completely, or to make this "stroke" of the desired color.

You can't remove pixelation in GIF.
Yes, and you need not GIF, but APNG. Google it.
