How to create your own interactive map?

Type Yandex Map Constructor , and be able to draw houses, plots, roads, road names, house numbers, road directions. Use this map for navigation. API integration.
You ask why not use OpenStreetMap: it would be so desirable for your company to quickly enter new information, edit, etc. Competitors can also spoil the map when they find out that we are using OSM, because our business cannot work without the right map.

what's stopping you from raising your osm server and not giving outsiders access to it + keeping changes in a separate database?

look at an example: https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/jsbox/2.1/custom_map
documentation
there I'm not sure if it will be easier than the option with your own osm server

Google recently announced a new document type - MyMap . It's like docs or sheep, only the map is the base element. I don't know how it will satisfy your requirements, but my wife and I "rummage" the map before each trip / vacation, put points, add layers and comments, and then use it on trips.

Nextgis.com suits the task.
Load your layers there, edit them remotely using the wfs protocol from the desktop qgis. The data is stored and rendered on the server. The output is a web map with many of your layers, or tiles (tms) that you plug into leaflet/openlayers on your service.
In this mode, you do not need to set up your own local geodata storage server, and you can work with generally accepted formats and programs.
