How to create SSH tunnel to UDP port: [client]->[linux box]->[network appliance with SNMP]?

Hello.
I have been suffering for some time now, the stone flower does not come out.
Given:
1) macbook
2) server in DMZ with Linux and access to it via SSH.
3) in the same DMZ piece of iron with SNMP, to which there is no direct access (to snmp port 161)
Task:
Perform SNMP requests from a macbook to an SNMP piece of iron and receive responses
Can someone mutilate this?
