How to create an interface with opening a dialog with an input field?

Create a chain of dialogues. On the main screen, create any interface that is convenient for you. The main function of which is to open a dialog (FragmentDialog). The dialog should have a field for entering a number, the user can enter, or maybe not, and click "ok". the next dialog with the same functionality will open, followed by the third one. When the third dialog closes, the main screen should reflect everything that the user entered. If you did not enter anything, then write about it.
Help solve the problem, at least part of it, so that you can figure it out. Or is it not so easy to solve? Thanks in advance for your replies.
