How to create an e-mail business based on amazon ses?

There is only a domain, is it possible to create mail from it in SES and how to do it?
I read that the fee is 10c/1000 emails and another 19c for 1GB of attachments, does this include mail creation or is it just mailing?
There is no site on AWS yet.

Amazon SES is a powerful SMTP server that allows you to send emails using an API or a primitive POP connection.
Receive mail will not work, only send.
As I understand it, you need a full-fledged mail service. You can use Google Suite for 5 bucks a month with an account or Yandex PDD for free. Buy a domain, link it to the domain, and voila!
