Because of the well-known office, s3.amazonaws.com is now blocked in the Russian Federation, respectively, if you keep static on it, for example, it will not load.
What are the most simple and clumsy methods to get around this problem? It's not about turning on the VPN, but about allowing the "regular" user to continue using the site.
