Is it possible to implement the same in Jquery? Not only with text, but also with other elements, for example: curved lines, shapes.
Or is it possible to implement in Adobe Edge Animate?

A set of text can be filed on js, curved lines and shapes - look towards libraries working with canvas. Pixi.js for example
