Is it worth studying to be a programmer in the Czech Republic?
Briefly and clearly:
There was an opportunity to study in the Czech Republic as a programmer.
Now I live in Ukraine, I’m finishing 11th grade and I think it’s worth going or not?
What do you think about this?

I would make 3 sliders from absolutely any plugin.
And for all, a single scroll processing button.
I sketched an example, you just need to finish scrolling in sections 2 and 3 and that's it.
Well, the number of slides in all blocks is calculated so that they begin and end correctly.
It is important not where to study, but in what environment. What opportunities does this environment create? How comfortable are you personally in it? What kind of people will surround you in it. What have they achieved. What beliefs are transmitted to the world, etc.
Having moved to the Czech Republic, in addition to your studies, you will get into a party, you will start somehow earning money, meet new people, learn something from them. You will have some opportunities. You will get some experience.
Before rushing all the way there, I advise you to apply for a tourist visa and just go and see Wednesday. Go to the campus, chat with students of your potential university in cafes near the university. I don't think the guys will send you there, even if you don't speak English very well. There is no money there - open Facebook, find a campus group and write to 10 knocking people. From 30% to 70% will answer you, based on my experience.
According to my personal experience, there are more opportunities to be realized in the EU than in the Russian Federation. I can’t compare with Ukraine, because. I was only there for 2 days. If possible, leave. At least from your hometown, away from your parents, just dump your own.
In this case, definitely yes. And if you manage to settle there - generally consider yourself lucky.
I think that the most useful thing in this will be the knowledge that has not been acquired, it can be obtained in Russia/Ukraine as well.
And life in an English-speaking environment. The language will become your native language, it will be much easier to find a job in Europe or the USA.
Depends on where and how. But, having graduated from a university in Russia that is not the worst, as it is believed (you have +/- the same), having understood the level of education and seeing what and what years programming is given here - I think that yes, it’s worth it. In any case, there you will have more opportunities to snatch a tasty job while studying :)
It is important not where to study, but in what environment.
Try to look at university rankings or something.
