How to create a shortcut in ios applications when clicking on it so that a separate function is performed?

The task is to create shortcuts on the desktop in apache cordova (phonegap) and when you click on the shortcut to execute a function or open a link.
Application for IOS
There is cordova shortcut plugin for android but it doesn't work with ios
Help plz.
