How do you upload your iOS app to itunesconnect.apple.com if you only have a Windows PC?

I am preparing my PhoneGap application for publication in the AppStore .
All that's left is to upload the application's ipa file to itunesconnect.apple.com.
There are two options: Xcode or Application Loader and both require a Mac , but I only have a Windows PC - what should I do?

No way, you need a poppy and xcode.

What prevents poppy OS in a virtual machine? There are ready-made assemblies on the trackers (at least I saw it under VMware)
