Tell me where in macOS (mojave) to configure sites-available (/etc/apache2/sites-available/000-default.conf) apache? and then I understand that sudo a2ensite / dissite also works differently? what is the principle of operation here? some kind of dregs compared to ubuntu

Why put garbage on the host system? Why not start a virtual machine and play with it so that the host system is clean and does not slow down?
