How to create a shared folder on VirtualBox if the main system is Ubuntu and the guest is Windows 8?

Good afternoon,
Created a folder in the main system
sudo mkdir /media/share
Executed:
sudo chmod 777 /media/share
In the virtual machine settings, added this folder and checked Auto-mount and Make-Permanent
In the guest Windows, I registered in Run :
net use z: \\vboxsvr\share
Rebooted the virtual machine, but the share folder did not appear on my computer (
What can be the cause of the problem?

@EVOSandru6

Did you install the VBoxGuestAdditions.iso add -ons for the guest (Windows 8) system?
you can look for your version here
p.s.
Make-Permanent - read-only
ps2
it seems like for a long time and you can do without it, it is picked up automatically after a reboot
