How to create a samsung galaxy tab 3 emulator?

I can't find how to create a Samsung emulator, Google suggests
1) Open the Android SDK and AVD Manager
2) Click on Available packages
3) Expand the Third party Add-ons. There you will see Samsung Electronics add-ons.
4) Once the add-on is installed create a new emulator. Under Target you will see the new Samsung Tab settings, select that.
But this was before, even when the android sdk manager and avd manager were one program, I admit that I stupidly can’t find where to click))

Found a virtual device how to create? There you can completely configure your car, or take a preset for one of the ready-made ones. Maybe there is a galaxy there, I don’t remember, the list is quite long.

You can use the genymotion emulator. IMHO it works faster than the standard one, and there are a lot of ready-made assemblies of popular devices with different versions of android.
