How to create a regular playlist in OSMC?

It is required to create a regular playlist of movies, videos in osmc in order to determine the order yourself, insert the playback of the same video repeatedly. Even if it is a configuration file that will be thrown into the directory. Is there such a possibility at all?
UPD
In general, Kodi managed to create its own m3u playlist, but it was not possible to organize the playback of the same video, with the same name, repeatedly. If I play it at the beginning of the playlist and the same video is at the end, it jumps to the end and the playlist ends. Same in pls.
Sample file pls:
[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=1
File1=/var/media/KINGSTON/1.mkv
Title1=Video1
NumberOfEntries=2
File2=/var/media/KINGSTON/2.mkv
Title2=Video2
NumberOfEntries=3
File3=/var/media/KINGSTON/1.mkv
Title3=Video3

I can offer a "hack" with links:
ln -s /var/media/KINGSTON/1.mkv /var/media/KINGSTON/1_1.mkv
then
File3=/var/media/KINGSTON/1_1.mkv
Title3=Video3
