How to create a many-to-many registry in confluence?

It is necessary to create a register of contracts in confluence i.e. a certain table with several columns + clicking on a certain item should be able to open it and add several positions inside.
For example, a register of contracts, I select a specific one, fall into it and add one position - a specification, then another one - a specification, etc. Those. The contract in this case is a certain container that contains several more positions. Positions can be added.
Can you please tell me if this can be done in confluence, what macro should I use for this?

The registry can be made using Blueprint templates. You make a template in space and a registry for pages with contracts will appear in the sidebar.
But everything else is possible only by modifying the templates https://habr.com/post/173797/.
