Why doesn't creating an issue in jira via create work?

Good afternoon.
Tell me please. Issue creation stopped working in Jira(7.2.1) after implementing nginx-based Proxy. The most interesting thing is that creation does not work at direct addresses either.
The bottom line is that Jira cannot refer to itself when changing the Project or Issue Type. It pops up with the message:

The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.
Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser

I also added settings in server.xml specifying proxy directives, but it still doesn't work even through direct addresses.
I do not understand where to pick.
Are there any ideas?
It looks like there is some kind of cache for the module, but it is not clear where to look for it. Thank you.
