How to create a disk image using ddrescue on the same disk?
Good day to all! I'm trying to create a disk image using the command ddrescue /dev/sda sda.img
but I get an eternal loop as it tries to write the same image file to the sda.img image, which is constantly growing. Already 3 terabytes have grown. Is it possible to somehow save the disk image on the same disk for which we create the image? Thank you!
